in this video its showing: she gets hit in the back of her head while in the crowd of crazy papparazzi. then she goes to take a bath, but passes out after noticing she is injured. then she is taken to the hospital, and its showing her dyeing but "as a life ends a new life begins" (in reference to the baby scene). just if you didnt understand the video.
