same shit in the US, if you ship something and they do a chargeback at least sellers here 'should' be protected by paypal if the address is confirmed (there is no such thing in SA probably) but when I do signature confirmation often times the PO DOESN'T scan in their sig. either. So shipping insurance is pointless. You should have withdrawn the money first and shipped later. Or done a direct money transfer. Or cash maybe.

SXcore, I have repeated this many times in this thread and other threads, but by 1413 when white europeans had still not arrived yet in Africa, China had sailed ships around the world, it is recorded that Southern Africa's people were too primitive too be traded with.. why? This is a point I would love to know. They had all the resources, large numbers of people, and when the colonialists arrived 300 or more years later, they were still exactly the same.

on the contrary, next year I want to go to JApan, because I love the Japanese people, I love their language, their anime, their games. I have lived in Taiwan for a year and enjoyed it and that country is my next stop.

Look I for one do not hate your race, what i do hate is the mentality I see in SA that they'll rather blame people for where they are and not do anything to improve themselves, you know, I can see an amazing society in SA if they could get past this problem, I have seen many young "black" students who make me proud because they actually try, but then I also see the "black" students iin the same class that are too lazy to try and try to have an attitude and then they end up failing.

hey man a little off topic about theft, orders myself a 30K alienware laptop, 4 weeks after paying here arrrives my new laptop... YAY? no, empty box. after it got stolen they still delivered the empty box.... WTF. Bulshit, anyway insurance paid out :D
