but the fact the acocalypse can come from them is a bad thing.if we didnt have nucleur weapons we wouldnt have to have that as a possiblity so nukes arent a good thing

Whether the invention of the atomic bomb was a good thing or not depends on whether the Apocalypse is brought on by the atomic bomb or not. If apocalypse comes but not because of Nuclear war, then nukes were a good thing.
