First of all.. the concept of paying is wrong.
Why not use solar power to recharge the depleted batteries with cost zero, and set humans free of this monetary slavery? But it will came a day when we all have to think about hour planet only.. and let go monetary system.. or we will die all. watch zeitgeist movie!

this is a good idea but what if they upgraded the battery and they was bigger and every time u changed your battery you might get a old battery that doesnt work very good or leaks

But if you only borrow the battery with a deposit and only pay for the charge, then it doesn't matter.
So long as it is possible to reasonably measure the quality and amount of charge so that you know how far you'll be able to go on that replaced battery and you know you got what you paid for.

Good point...I was just about to write these and there are some more things.batteries get damaged more or less when they are charged.lets think about this you bought a new battery for your car and you came this station and they give you 1000 times charged battery.I would just say f**k!...

Good to see you're thinking, but that battery is awfully small compared to reasonable and useful size.

ANd here I thought i had an original idea.

Replacing battery is an idea as old as battery for toys.
You shouldn't put the battery underneath. Water splash up, road salt, grime, makes the underside very corrosive.
Much batter to have the batter in the trunk on its side. Nice and warm safe inside. Or a drawer with a door on the outside, but still protected.
A human should remove and replace the battery.
The car should be able to verify that you got the amount of electricity you paid for.

It's good to see there are people like yourself thinking outside the square. It may not be the perfect solution, but it IS a great idea.
Well done. |
