Yea, but can it do an inverted touch and go?
DJStruppi (November 30, 1999 at 12:00 am)
wow i never thought you can do this with such a big aircraft! very impressive!

If I was on that plane I would need a change of underwear!!! Impressive to see such a large aircraft do this, Merci!

That old photograph sucks. Show the whole plane, not just the upside down engine.

Sorry for that rough tone before,I tought you were a smartass that thinks he knows everything about flying and aerodinamics, and actually hasn't a clue about it,but now I know you have a large knowledge in this topic. So yes I know that a plane is able to do that, but it would be just crazy if pilots were doing things like that, that's one of the many reasons why fly-by-wire was invented.

Thats a safety feature because airlines don't want pilots to do barrel rolls. With that said, most if not all jetliners, with a low weight load can PHYSICALLY do a barrel roll. Don't be a troll and tell me there are measures in place to prevent this when you know what meaning here is that again PHYSICALLY the plane can perform such a maneuver.

Try to do it with an Airbus plane...I'm waiting for your observations...At a bank angle at about 33 degrees you'll hear an alarm like "BANK ANGLE! BANK ANGLE!" and the Airbus automatically banks the plane back into safe values. Sorry, this is fly-by-wire.
