Drill your hole mto size and use you brass fitting to cut the threds
It works very good on my prototype and the prototype is working very good as well. It's save 30% full consumption so far. good luck. n3ope

It's possible but conventional electrolysis may not generate it fast enough to run it well in real time. There's one guy working on other methods of splitting H2O into HHO using a gizzmo he patented that replaces spark plugs. I'm on the fence waiting to see where it goes.

Well if you didn't want any wires exposed, I figured you'd pull the wire through a hole in the side of the box before putting the tap on the end. Then use sealant around the hole to keep any liquid from coming out. =)

PVC is easy to drill and tap.... never did plexiglass.

It's possible to run vehicles with only hydrogen

I'll try that. Thanks for your comment.

1/4" and 3/8" NPT taps are cheap. Less than ten dollars.
Or search fish tank bulk head fittings.

Use rubber 2 (O rings) 2 washers and a male and female brass barbed 3/8 fitting. Drill hole in the box top and insert and turn tight with wrenches. Cut of barb end off fitting that goes inside the tank.
connect the cell bubbler to your air breather housing housing the same way, use 3/8 hose and fitting because the liquid\gas one way check valves come in 3/8 size.

You misunderstand. I'm not concerned about sealing the lugs against the case. Rather, sealing all the copper lugs and any exposed copper wire strands from the electrolyte. This includes the lugs attached to the positive and negative plates. You'll see better tomorrow. ZFF |
