U r right, Chef Wan is married and does have kids but he is also 5000% gay. There is absolutely no doubt about it. In Malaysia many gay men get married and have kids because of social pressure and Malay Culture and Islamic religion. It OK to debate if Anthony Bourdain is gay or not, but anyone who things Chef Wan is not gay is kidding themselves and is totally out of touch with reality.

I totally understand if Chef Wan gives people the impression that he's gay but he's actually married with kids. A friend of mine saw him and his family at a mall once.

Never occurred to me that Bourdain might be gay. I guess if you're secretly gay yourself and fear articulate free thinkers, then he definitely is. I doubt he's gay, but hey, who gives a fuck if he is?

No, I dont mean Chef Wan. There is no doubt Chef Wan is insanely gay. That is not an act you see on the segment, that is how he really is all the time. Anthony is however a bit more borderline as to his gayness or otherwise.

I'm baffled by your perception that he is "acting gay." He's neither effete nor effeminate. And he is closer to "being himself," being real, than most people who host travel shows. Of course, there are the usual attempts at being clever, etc., like most hosts who aren't totally deadpan.
