Disagreed. A man's voice changes as he ages. Ben's voice still sounds "young". If you listen to Elton sing this song when he was young, you'll hear that youthful clarity in his voice too. Opening the lid of the piano only creates a larger sound. It doesn't in any way make you a better player. It just effects the volume. But okay. You can keep thinking opening the lid of a piano makes you a better player.
