Dear or., It is in fact not aginst projectors, but the perpetrator's offending public decency etc. . If public decency is offended by someone using a projector the projector is merely a device. . The fellow using the device has the thought which offends public decency, and it is the fellow merely revealing the thought, which is the offence. .
