there was a category 5 hurricane in 1992 under Clinton, Hurricane Andrew in south Florida, one of only 3 category 5 storms to hit the US in the 20th century. Remember it? Probably not, because the government handled it. Katrina was a category 4.

rich people are the ones that turn to the government immediately after they get into trouble. The government covers insurance on rich peoples houses in the hurricane zones because private companies wont cover them because the risk is too great. Look at GM and Chrysler asking for a bailout. We have socialism for the rich, capitalism for the poor.
