Lynch and Decker were there. Melinda might have been contacted by phone and did not want to show up because she has bitter feelings with the rest of the cast. Good question regarding Vaughn and Velez. The show kept insinuating that season 4 was the last season. And they didn't show up intil season 5. If those 3 and Mr T had showed up the reunion would have been complete.
