with the recon armor u need all vidmaster achievements like everyone sed.
the new armor they r bringing out is called vanguard armor it looks like the arbiter but better oh and its for the elite.people who have recon armor right now will receive the vanguard armor as soon as recon is availiable to be unloked. that way people like digital ph33r doesnt have to work their arse off getting sumfin special agen

completing all the vidmaster achievements will be rewarded with recon armor. bungie is going to make a new armor for them though, then everyone is going to want that.

thats bullshit u dont get recon, they are bringing a new armor and keeping recon a trophy the vidmaster achievements might have armor called vidmaster or assassin but then recon could be the new armor, but i heard the vidmaster armor is going to be recon but pimped out so ehh idk |
