If you go look at the original Google Video, the sync problems are the same. It's not caused by YouTube.

The challenge with GTD (getting things done) and time management is that it is a process. This is a nice video to remind you of how to manage the process for email. A useful reminder of the obvious with a very healthy dose of ninja focus and getting clear with some simple approaches I am willing to try.
