wikipedia: "There are no exact rules regarding how an Alleycat must operate" but most of them have CPs, you are right.
in Hungary there are some simple race alleycats, get from A to B afap. 4xmpl: "the brakeless alleycat Budapest-Balaton 126km"

hi! is great and fun to doing a biike race... but i think this is not an alleycat.... checkpoints? traffic? looking for address?
